Dindarloo Research Monitor — Gmail news connector

This notice covers the personal-use Gmail news connector operated by the owner of mydropletbots@gmail.com. It does not describe every component of the owner’s wider research environment. The connector is intended to organize news alerts for the owner’s private research. It is not offered to the public.
The connector requests the Google Gmail API permission gmail.readonly. That permission technically allows reading the authorized mailbox; it is not restricted by Google to a particular sender or label. Application checks restrict use to the dedicated mailbox and selected news alerts. The current pilot reads the mailbox identity and selected message metadata, including sender, subject, message identifiers, receipt times and authentication headers. Continuous collection and headline/body processing are not yet enabled. The notice will be updated before materially different processing begins.
Information is used to verify news delivery and develop the owner’s news-research workflow. This connector does not request permission to send, delete or modify email. It does not execute attachments or automatically open links in messages. News claims and ticker associations are not treated as verified facts merely because an alert was received.
Google continues to store the original emails. The connector stores its OAuth credentials on the owner’s private Linux server with restrictive filesystem permissions. Access tokens are used for authorized API calls; refresh credentials are retained while the connection is needed. Selected technical diagnostics and receipt summaries may be retained in private operational records. Current verification checks do not retain message-body copies. Google and the server hosting/backup provider process data as necessary to supply their services. Retained server data may be included in infrastructure backups.
Gmail content is not sold, used for advertising, or published on this website. It is not used to train general-purpose AI models. The pilot does not send Gmail news bodies to external LLMs. Limited technical metadata and diagnostics may be reviewed using owner-authorized development or support tools. Any future external analysis of Gmail news content requires a review of permissions, provider restrictions and this notice before activation. Google API information is used subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The mailbox owner can remove the app’s access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized API access but does not itself erase previously retained diagnostics or backups. Contact mydropletbots@gmail.com to request removal of connector credentials or retained connector data. Backup copies may persist until their applicable backup lifecycle ends. Removing connector data does not delete original Gmail messages.
This informational Google Site contains no mailbox login form, private email feed or trading dashboard. No custom analytics, advertising or tracking scripts have been added by the operator.
