Dindarloo Research Monitor is a personal-use news intake tool for a dedicated mailbox. It helps its owner investigate incoming market-news alerts for private research. It is not a public email service, investment advisory service, or brokerage execution tool.
As of September 8, 2026, the dedicated mailbox is authorized and bounded news ingestion runs every five minutes on the private Linux server. Eligible alerts are archived after verified durable storage. Daily seven-day retention is scheduled; newly processed alerts cannot qualify for Trash until the retention period has passed. Trade-recommendation integration and automated external LLM news analysis remain off. This website is informational only; it does not connect visitors to a mailbox or display private research.
The connector uses gmail.modify to read selected news alerts, archive them after verified durable ingestion, and move successfully processed alerts to Trash once both receipt and successful processing are at least seven days old. Google grants this permission for the entire authorized mailbox; it also technically permits sending. The news component will not send email. Application filtering, not a Google-enforced folder boundary, limits processing to the dedicated mailbox and expected alerts.
Unprocessed, failed, unrelated and protected messages are preserved. Cleanup does not permanently delete messages directly; Gmail normally permanently deletes messages after 30 days in Trash. Attachments and links are not executed or automatically opened. This authorization does not enable external LLM analysis of Gmail news content.
